Brief Answer:
may be viral fever.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the query.
It may be viral fever (most common cause), malarial fever or urinary tract infection.
Fever by itself does not tell you whether your child is seriously sick.
High fever usually means more than 39 degrees Celsius.
Being hot may make your child feel unhappy or uncomfortable, which may cause her such screaming or irritability.
Undress your child so that they are just wearing a single layer (for example, a singlet and pants). Make sure the room is not too hot or too cold.
Continue nurofen every 5 to 6 hrly. for fever if fever is more than 39 degree.

See a doctor if , she refuses fluids or seems too ill to drink adequately, has any signs of dehydration (urinating less than usual, not having tears when crying, less alert and less active than usual), has a specific complaint (e.g., sore throat or earache), still has a fever after 24 hours , has pain with urination, inconsolable crying, extreme irritability, lethargy and difficulty waking.

If she behaving normally, accepting feeds well, passing adequate urine stool then there is no need to worry.

Hope i helped you.
