Question : my daughter got fever

                                    Brief Answer:
more information please!
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
fever can be managed as a symptom with paracetamol (acetaminophen). The dosage depends on the patient's age and weight. The most important thing to do is to clarify the cause of fever. Fever can be caused by insignificant infections (like the common cold) or by serious disease like pneumonia. The rest of the symptoms and the body temperature may help to distinguish between serious and less serious causes. For example 40 degrees of Celsius (104F) is a very high temperature which raises suspicion for serious infections.
I'll be glad to discuss this further with you, if you'd like to provide more information...
Kind Regards!

                                    Brief Answer:
headache and fever can be important
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the additional information but I'm afraid more is still required.
Headache and fever can be the presenting symptoms of many infections, including some pretty serious ones. Meningitis for example causes serious headache and high fever (usually). Most mild infections cause low-grade fever and headache that gets better when the temperature goes down.
Stomach pain is not specific enough to help for the diagnosis. Sometimes 'stomach pain' means nausea which is common in cases with fever and headache. The patient's age is important because younger patients usually have more 'general' symptoms (like nausea or stomach pain) when they have fever. Is 37 yours or your daughter's age?
So the answer is that headache and fever can be serious and require urgent medical attention, particularly if the fever is high and/or the headache is serious and not responding to simple measures. Please contact me again, for any further questions you may have.
Kind Regards!
