Question : I have type 1 Diabetes and Multiple Sclerosis. I was busy today washing heavy clothes. Now I have a lot of pain in my right foot. Hydrocodone does not help. Is it MS?

Brief Answer:
It could be due to standing for some time while washing the clothes.

Detailed Answer:
Hi welcome to Health care magic,
I do not think it is due to MS.
It could be inflammation due to standing for some time while washing the clothes.

Since you are a Type I diabetic, do not apply ice or heat.

Use a pain rub to gently massage the foot, tie it (not very tight) with an elastocrepe bandage, and give it rest keeping the foot raised on a pillow.

If it does not subside in a day, see your doctor to rule out raised uric acid, or other inflammatory causes.

Regards
