default
Posted on Thu, 17 Aug 2017
Question: I have had frequent UTIs and yeast infections since remarrying. My first husband was sick for a long time and I had a hysterectomy 8 years ago. I started to have sex upon remarrying and it was very painful at first but now I find that I have frequent yeast infections then UTI. Presently I have a very sore spot between my pelvic area and upper right thigh. It is very painful upon getting to my feet after I have sat for a period of time, I work at a computer.

Brief Answer:
Need antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I can understand your concerns.

You need to give your urine for culture and sensitivity test. I'd suggest you see your gynecologist and request for high vaginal swab culture and sensitivity test.

Both of above tests will identify the exact organism causing infection and the antibiotics they are responsive to.

The painful spot You described can also be healed with these antibiotics. A course of suitable antibiotics will help you for sure.

Let me know If You need any more help.

Regards
