Brief Answer:
This is normal in this age - don't worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi...it us quite common for 3 months aged infant to pass stools around 10-12 times a day...Especially after feeds.

Unless the kid's having low urine output or very dull or excessively sleepy or blood in motion or green bilious vomiting...you need not worry. Antibiotics might worsen if unnecessarily used causing antibiotic associated diarrhea. I suggest you use zinc supplements...it comes as Z&D drops. Give 0.5ml once a day for 14 days.

Thanks for guidance. He is completely normal today without any medicine. I have not given Z&D drops this time. If same problem repeat can I use drops as you said? In medical store am I supposed to ask Z&D drops or some other name for zinc supplement?
