Suggest Treatment For Friction Burns On Penis Shaft, Corona And Frenulum

Question: I have a friction burn apparently on my penis/shaft as well as frenulum and corona. What ca I do to stop the burning and speed healing? It's red and burns. Apparently going from water to intercourse without live hurt it and didn't notice it until wife and I went to shower and soap burned like hell. It seemed to get better first two days but then I got around and it apparently stretched it and reinsurer. Made horrible mistake today of getting spray calamine which was just mostly three alcohol and menthol forms which lit me on fire. Vasonline helps for a bit. Want this to stop asap

Hi and thanks of submitting the image. I have reviewed both images.

1. There is visible broken skin that needs to be taken care of. This is clearly a wound.

2. Abstain from further sexual relationship involving the penis and masturbation until healing is achieved.

3. Cleanse daily with Iodine solution at least twice(morning and evening)

4. The under wears should allow for free air circulation, low humidity and not too tight. Also, avoid constant rubbing of the head of the penis to under wears by avoiding tight fitting ones.

5. Do not apply any topical creams as of now unless something else comes up.

6. Take tylenol for pain relief during this period. I will not recommend antibiotics in any form at this time.

Yeah my doctor - go just pushes it off. Not against it, says yeah I might need it but doesn't follow through and I don't know why. My nuerologists night because he wrote me disk is I just don't get the desired result. It's ok but not what it claims.
