Brief Answer:
Local hygiene. Oral and local antifungal agents.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

Dr. Purushottam Neurgankar welcomes you to HealthcareMagic,
I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

I would like to know about few things.

Are you sexually active?
If so, does your partner suffer from any kind of skin infection?
Does your inner clothing get wet frequently with water or sweating?

I will suggest you keep the private parts clean and dry.
Use of Lactic acid containing wash at bath time is advisable.
Keep inner clothing dry and change it if needed.

Please seek help from your treating gynecologist for getting antifungal agents orally as well as local application.

I hope this answer helps you. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thanks.

Antibacterial, antifungal and steroid containing ointment. Oral antiallergi

Detailed Answer:
Hi there, thanks for appreciating the answer and reverting back.

You can very well use the medicated dusting powder in the day time.
keep the private parts clean and dry and change your inner clothing frequently.

At noon ght you can use and apply combination ointment containing antibacterial, antifungal and mild steroid agents.
Use of antiallergic ( antihistamines) oral medication will help to reduce and prevent itching.
Please seek prescription help from your treating doctor.
