The best available treatment if you are medically fit is surgical removal of the gall bladder by Laparoscopic approach (Cholecystectomy), preferably when you are not in attack.

A small stone passes without a complications in a few case and that is attributed to some try by any other XXXXXXX eventually the stones reform and create problem.
