Question : Dear sir..I am having flatulence gas and bloated stomach for almost three years now.pse help with some diagnosis as this bloated feeling continues to be irritating with no solution.

I have been having gasex (himalayas) twice a day after meals.. otherwise trying to watch my diet. and further reduce intake of alcohol and quit smoking. Regards. ..
