Brief Answer:
Upper GIT problem suspected, consult gastro expert

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

Regurgitation of partially digested food back into mouth along with mucus is suggestive of pathology of upper gastrointestinal tract (GIT) e.g. pharyngeal pouch.
Gas in the stomach can occur in cases of indigestion, gastritis etc.
Thus, I suggest you to consult a gastroenterologist for clinical assessment and barium studies of upper GIT.
Pharyngeal pouch is just one of the possibility of regurgitation of digested food.
There could be other reasons for these symptoms also which will be clear after undergoing the above mentioned investigations.

Thanks
Dr Shailja P Wahal
