Brief Answer:
Infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns about Herpes.

I saw the attached pictures. They appear to be of Herpes infection you have mentioned.

These lesions are going to come repeatedly whenever your immunity is low. These appear and disappear by themselves.

Strep group B infection seem to temporary infection which needs to be treated by antibiotics. I suggest you take broad spectrum antibiotics prescribed by your doctor to treat the infection. This can be resolved.

Brief Answer:
It could have been diagnosed

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Herpes has this characteristic of burning with redness as seen you.

this should have been diagnosed by now. I wonder how it was missed.

Anyway now you continue with valtrex to heal this.

Improve your general condition and health by balanced diet and exercise. This will heal the lesions soon.
