I have gone through your query. There are two things to consider.
* It could be that you are developing glaucoma. You need to visit a doctor and get your eye pressure checked.
* Since it is associated with a bad headache, an underlying neurological cause could be there and called for further evaluation.

I would insist you not to ignore it.
