Hi,
Losing 1-2 pounds a week is a good goal. Four months is about 18 weeks, so losing 20 pounds is definitely fine. I think your strategy to lose weight is a bit misguided.
Weight loss shouldn't be about speed, it needs to be about long-lasting changes. Ex. If you lost 50lbs in 4 months, stopped Weight Watchers and gained the weight back in a year, it wouldn't be very helpful at all. If you lost 20lbs in 4 months, continued this for 2 years and lost 80lbs and continued a healthy lifestyle (using the skills you learned at Weight Watchers), then you'll be much healthier for the rest of your life.
I can understand your frustration about wanting to lose weight quickly, but it is not a "sprint" and is a "marathon". I would not recommend
HCG as that can increase your blood pressure and cause other side-effects. Once you stop the HCG, your weight may regain anyways. Losing 20lbs is great and you can continue that!
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
