                                            Question : Hi Sir/Madam,
From past 2 days i am having heavy cold. Today running nose has stopped but cough has become dry, while sleeping when i take breadth i am not able to take complete breathing and also there is nose of cough in chest. I am also feeling feverish and feeling some cold. Temperature its showing 100.3.
Can you pls. suggest me some medicine which i can take immediately.

Sounds like you have a head cold. Most of these time these are viral infections and the immune system is the best to clear them out. So for the time being we will try and treat this by treating the symptoms.
Over the counter antihistamines like Sinarest are a good start for this. You can take 1 tablet 3 times a day. You will feel quite sleepy after taking them, so be careful.
Steam inhalation is a great way to help clear up your airway. No side effects from medications this way and it is very comforting.
