Question : Hello. I am a mother of 7 children; and I am very concerned about EMF exposure for myself, my children, and for the world at large. I am particularly sensitive; and I feel my energy "buzzing" almost all the time which it never used to before the amount of towers increased and before I started using a phone. I hardly use it on my head, but even texting or just holding the phone causes me to feel "buzzing" and headaches, and kind of a neural pressure. I am wondering what Dr. Weil or you would recommend as the best way to counteract this danger and how to heal any damage already done? Do you believe in pendants, ionized water, ferrite beads,? There are so many products, and I feel I could trust Dr. Weil for which are legitimate.

While there is a quite an amount of speculation about the damages to the human cells and tissue with the EMF exposure, nothing has been constantly figured out by research. While the said symptoms were in the literature we would not be able to zero in the EMF factor. In your case I think there is an aura of fear surrounding you about the XXXXXXX phones.
Yes it is better to use the phone within safe limits by using ear buds, texting preferable than calls, carrying the phone in hand bags than pocket but the kind of fear that you express is tantamount to anxiety than ailements due to EMF exposure. I am sure you are worried about your children.
You may keep them away from all these gadgets not only phone, Microwave, lappies etc. As rightly said you may use the trusted products that neutralize the radiation like ferrite beads, pendants.
If this anxiety takes of fun and frolic in life it is important to meet a counselor and probably need to pop in pills for better going in life.
