Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The feeling of unwell and headache and tiredness are common symptoms of pregnancy due to increased levels of progesterone during pregnancy.
You can take a mild pain killer like acetaminophen after meals for relief. Taking adequate fluid intake will also help.
Green leafy vegetables , fresh fruits , whole grains , pulses should be taken more often. Eat frequent but small meals. If you feel nausea you can get doxylamine tablets prescribed.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
Dr. Rakhi Tayal.
