Suggest Treatment For Headaches, Dizziness And Nausea

Question: have had headaches, dizzy, feel nauseated, wake up feet and my palms of my hands sweating, then later i may wake up and my feet be freezing, and within a minuet i will feel like I have a high fever. Weak sometimes my purse is even to heavy to carry so weak. have a spot on my right upper shoulder that feels like a numb tingling feeling when i was my back. have no energy, cant concertrate. feel like i have a fever but not sweating.

Few baseline tests should be done initially to rule out cause of pyrexia.

Fever is the root cause of all your problems.Nausea,Dizziness,Fatigu,Lassitude,Malaise,Tachycardia are all because of pyrexia.

Few tests to be done as a intial workup are-
Complete blood count
Total leucocyte counts
Mallarial parasite
Widal
HIV
HbsaG
HCV
Liver fuction test
Urine routine and microscopy.
Blood routine and microscopy.
Stool routine and microscopy.
Ultra sound abdomen.

Once the cause of pyrexia is ruled out it can be treated.
Tablet paracetamol can be taken SOS till cause of fever is ruled out.

Hi please take a therometer and record two readings 15 minutes apart when you have the same feeling next time.
And inform the temperature.
However as your symptoms are generalised fatigue,Malaise ,Lasitude etc.
You should go for the tests as adviced by me even if pyrexia is not there.
