Suggest Treatment For Heavy Menstrual Bleeding Due To Hormonal Imbalance

Question: doctor I have been having hypothyroid since many years since three months I have been having very heavy periods with lots of bleeding and periods come about twice in a month. To ease the flow doctors gave me some tablets and regestrone 5 mg to be taken for 21 days. But this cycle was bad the flow was very very heavy for two days. Haven't started anything for thyroid as I have Hoshimotos thyroiditis.pl can you suggest something to regularise my problems and to regularise my cycle as soon as possible as doctors say this is a case of heavy hormonal imbalance

Trapic mf thrice a day can be used during periods to stop bleeding and then dose of registrone should be increased.
You can take ten mg daily for twenty one days.
However scan and pap smear is the first step.
