Question : I have a close friend who has bleeding polyps outside her bottom. She is scared and has no health insurance . I am begging her to go to the doctor.

The bleeding polyps that she has are likely to be hemorrhoids. In addition to enema, preparation H and laxatives, she needs oral hemostatic agents to stop the bleeding. She also needs sitz bath and be considered for surgical options after a direct examination. Do start taking iron supplements also to combat the blood loss.
