Question : i HAVE A HERNIA IN MAY GROIN area and have been throwing up. feel like icant eat have ingestion feel miserable been going on for 4 days. no energy

I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

What you are describing seems like a possible incarcerated hernia.
It is an emergency because what goes through the hernia is the bowel and you may have a necroses of it which may cause permanent problems of the bowel movement.

So my main advise is that you go immediately to the ER so the doctors can do an ultrasound of your hernia, try to reponate it (put it in its pocket) and if that will be not possible they may need to intervene surgically and repair the hernia.

Again, this is a rather common complication of the hernia, so do not neglect it because may cause serious problems of your health.
