There are some agents that are effective in acutely controlling the blood pressure figures, such as IV nitrates or sodium nitroprusside, but they have to be administered in an emergency room. Although further information would be useful, I would recommend you to be started on medical therapy to control and, also, prevent further episodes of these high and dangerous blood pressure figures. Consult your treating doctor about the classes of safe and effective drugs to be installed in your therapy.
