Question : My blood pressure has been going up all day 194/110 not feeling good

You should see a doctor and receive appropriate treatment. Your blood pressure is very high , and it is dangerous .
If you can't have an appointment today, I would advise you to refer to ER to receive temporary treatment until you are prescribed medication from your cardiologist.
