Brief Answer:
Following advice...

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Your BP is slightly elevated and you should contact a cardiologist for further examinations to evaluate your overall health conditions and to start treatment.

If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations :
- blood work
- ecg
- cardiac echo
- abdominal ultrasound
- BP 24 hours monitoring

Meanwhile, I would like to suggest the following measures to stabilise your BP:
- reduce salt intake
- avoid alcohol, caffeine and energy drink
- increase physical activity
- loose weigh

Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!
