Brief Answer:
Interpretation of results

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

From the reports you have attached here are my interpretations

1. renal stones

Judging by the RBC and crystals in urine it could be that you have renal stone. Please get a USG scan done to see for it. However I must add here that I am confused whether it is microscopic exam of urine or stool because it just says 'microscopic exam'.

If the microscopic exam was of the stool then it looks like you have a small infection of the intestine. If you are asymptomatic then I recommend that you take Tab Sporolac three times a day for a week to replenish the good bacteria of the gut

2. Dyslipidemia.

LDL and total cholesterol is slightly high but well within acceptable limits in the sense that you will not need any medication as of now. Please go for jogging everyday for atleast 30 minutes and avoid food rich in fat.

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards

Thanks Doctor XXXXXXX for answering mi question. There was no stool sample collected for the exam. Do yo think the low and high iron levels is something to worry about? What about the C-reactive protein high levels? Thanks again for answering

Brief Answer:
High normal

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for getting back to me, I am sorry for the short delay in my reply, there was a family emergency I had to attend to

Do not worry about your high iron values, high iron values are only significant when there is concomitant anemia which you do not have. We call it high normal value of iron and it is normal.

The next time you visit your doctor get a Vit b12 level done, sometimes high iron will be present in Vit b12 deficiency

I hope I was of help, I am once again sorry for the delay, I usually try to answer all follow ups within 12 hours

Regards
