Brief Answer:
You can take aspirin and an antibiotic.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, I would like to advise that you can take aspirin for fever. I would also suggest that you should take an antibiotic like Levofloxacin 500mg once a day to treat infection which is common in chest congestion.
A bronchodilator like theophylline will be helpful if broncho constriction is present, which can be known after clinical examination.

I hope this is helpful to you.
If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.
