Im a 51 year old male with hypertension controlled with meds.

Hi,

I have gone through your question and understood your concerns.

You are reporting to be experiencing recent indigestion and nausea. These symptoms are indicative for possible viral infection, especially if you have been also having flu symptoms.

Another possible cause might be gallbladder issues as you are reporting to be taking anti-hypertensive drugs. I advise to run abdominal ultrasound to rule it out.

Stomach issues like gastritis or GERD should be also ruled out.

You can discuss with your doctor to determine the right causes.

Meanwhile, I advise to:
- eat often and small portions
- avoid chilly, oily, spicy foods
- take antacids and probiotics
