Suggest Treatment For Infertility
Question: Hi I want to pregnant but not getting result since 6 month, from two months Dr. Getting me injection of HCG 10000 after 10 days of period and also get the treatment semance. By injection but still not getting result, can yoy help and guide

In my opinion, you need to start with full workup in the form of hormone profile viz TSH, FSH, AMH, Prolactin and also pelvic ultrasound on day 2 for antral follicle count.
These tests will give you your fertility potential and status of ovaries and uterus.
Then ovulation induction drugs with follicular study to see for release of eggs and thus timing the intercourse accordingly along with the HCG injection you are already getting since 6 months.

I have seen the attached reports and would like to suggest you to rather take clomiphene citrate and FSH injections instead of tamoxifen along with in utero insemination (IUI).
This regimen has very good results and will help in early conception.
