Question : I live in the country in Iowa. We have many deer. I noticed a bite on my leg on the inner upper leg. It is a red bump that does not look like a chigger bite. Has a white YYYY@YYYY

Welcome to HCM.
I suggest you to wash the area with soap and water under flowing tap now even if you had not done it after the bite.
Later apply over-the-counter hydrocortisone 1% ointment over the area. If it is itchy you can take Benadryl.

This should suffice and form the initial care at home. Wait and watch care from now.
