Question : Empty stomach, vomited liquid, sharp waves of pain coming and going every few seconds. Should I try eating something gentle like yogurt?

-low fat yogurt
-pastas
-rice
-lean meats
-bananas
-toast
-low fat diet

You need to avoid:
-carbonated drinks
-juices that contain a lot of sugar
-caffeinated drinks
-candy and chocolate
-alcohol

Usually food poisoning has another symptom and it is diarrhea (loose stools)
In this case it is important to stay hydrated and we recommend:
-Sports drinks that contain electrolytes are the best way to prevent dehydration during this time
