In medical terms, it is called PARALYTIC ILEUS. I got to know this name by browsing in the internet and my symptoms matched with this disorder. My symptoms are Abdominal Swelling/Bloating, No stool, Feeling stomach Full even after a small meal

I had Upper Endoscopy and colonoscopy also and the report is normal, if you need, I will upload the reports
