Question : I had surgery and they discovered that my apendix adhered to my bowels. was fine after my surgery but now a month later it appears that poop is coming out of my vagina like a period. Could this really be what it is?
Brief Answer:
it's a fistula...
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
it's a fistula between your bowels and your vagina. When there is intraabdominal inflammation the inflammed organ may adhere to another organ. It seems that in your case it's between your genital tract and the intestine. You have to tell your surgeon. It has to be corrected.
Kind Regards!
