Suggest Treatment For Irritation And Itching Red Rashes On Testicles With Pain

Question : hi i had unprotected sex wid prostitute. i was foolish and drunk .also i was her regular customer so she gave me unprotected sex.but after 3 weeks so problems start emerging penis irritation itching red rashes testicles pain..so i went sex clinic and test my urine they said i was infected.so they gave me medicine and said it will be alright..i took the medicine but there was no changes..and again i went the reasult was same i was still infected..so they again gave me medicine and said eat this medicine and come to test again.i took medicine and itching irritation red rashes stoped but pain inside the penis and testicles pain didnt stop and morning urine itching was also there jst 1 time in day .i went to sex clinic again test done but it was all clear i was not infected.i went home but pain didnt stop its not always but sometimes in a day 1to 2 times.so again i went clinic but the test was clear again and i asked now wat.they say wait for while wheather ur pain increses or it will be fine.come after 2 weeks.if not okey they say we will refer u next hospital..now wat should i do..ist the infection has already passed to my testicles and infected my inner penis i m woorried..plz help me i took hiv test but was negative ..help me plz doctor.i m very worried..😢😢😢😢
