Penis itching from inside.
I have a itching inside my penis in the tube not under the skin or anything but inside my penis it doesnt burn when I pee it just itches from the tip of my head to about half way down. Its very discomforting

Going by description of symptoms its likely to be anterior Urethritis : Which is the inflammation of last part of urinary tube. Other possibility that needs to be considered is Balanoposthitis . Exact diagnosis will depend on clinical examination.

It would be very helpful if you could provide me following additional information.

1. Is there any discolouration of head of penis?
2. Are you circumcised ?
3. Do you have any discharge from urinary opening ?
4. Providing clinical photograph will be really very helpful
