Brief Answer:
Fecal incontinence/ accidental bowel leakage

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr. XXXXXXX
Thank you for the query at HealthcareMagic,
I have gone through your question and I can understand your concern,

Accidental Bowel leakage can be due to several reasons like chronic constipation/diarrhea , Inflammatory bowel disease, loss of sphincter due to muscle/nerve weakness/injury like spinal cord disorder, diabetes, multiple sclerosis etc.

Regular bowel habits can help with the problem to a certain extent. Eat diet rich in fiber (like fruits and vegetables) and natural probiotics (yogurt) to maintain regular bowel movements.

If despite following these, symptoms persist, i'd suggest to consult your doctor for a thorough clinical examination at first, management will be based on the findings.

Hope I was able to answer your question
Please feel free to address any more concerns

Regards,
Dr.Lekshmi
