Brief Answer:
turmeric, vitamin C, fish oil

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
Natural ways to decrease inflammation include fish oil, Vitamin C and turmeric. The vitamin C and fish oil are anti-oxidants and can promote healthier skiin. Turmeric is a natural anti-inflammatory and can be great at relieving inflammatory reactions. Cool compresses are good. Using a moisturizer on the skin is helpful to keep it from drying out which can irritate the rash and make it itchy. Drink lots of water to flush out your system. Try to find the cause of the rash, inflammation and avoid reexposure.
I hope you are better soon.
