Question : I have itchy smelly flaky dandruff, what do i do??

Thanks for the query.
Itchy scalp is known as seborrhea.
I treat such cases with a mild steroid shampoo and an antifungal shampoo on alternate days.
I have seen excellent response with this combination.
You can try 8x shampoo ( climbazole) and sebowash shampoo ( flucinolone) on alternate days.
It gives excellent response.
