Brief Answer:
Can be due to injury from sex or yeast infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Fissures and itching can come in yeast infections. As you had a vigorous intercourse it can be from that also.
Using povidone iodine feminine wash will be helpful for this. This you can use twice or thrice daily for 1 week. Other option is using miconazole (monistat) cream for local application.
Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the genital area. You can use warm water instead.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
