Question : I have a lot if hair loss, i was suggested xtraglo, i also have scales dandruff, they never go, i was also given sporanox tablets along with the former, there's no relief, there's still itching and flaky scalp.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,

I understand your concern.

You seem to have severe seborrheic dermatitis.

You need effective topical therapy

For this I advise you yo apply Candid TV lotion overnight and then wash in the morning.

Repeat this 3 times a week.

Also instead of Sporanox ,I advise you to take tab Flucan 200 mg once a day for 5 days followed by one tab once a week for 5 weeks.

Continue tab Xtraglo.

Please take these drugs under medical supervision.
