Is It Safe To Use Evion On Hair For Hair Loss?

hello doc, i am 24 yrs old girl, i have curly hair, but they are dry and thin, plus sometimes i also have problem of dandruff, and hairfall is also ther. my parlour lady has asked me to apply awla oil plus olive oil along with evion 400, mix and warm and massage my scalp. i wanted to know whether it is safe and useful.
