Question : Hello i have a pimple that comes besides by anus every couple of month, it itches alot. This is beeb happening for more then a year. I attached a photo , its at tge bottom of the anus in red

Your lesion is a small ulcer which looks like a broken vesicle.
It may be a herpes simplex Type 2.
You should get the HSV antibodies tested and take treatment if positive.
If possible show your lesion to a doctor.

What r the chances its herpes, cuz it only appears in that spot

Does that mean my wife has it, because we always have sexual intercorse , also does that mean u cant have sex anymore, and r my kids at risk

I would advise a HSV test if you are not able to see a dermatologist.
If you are tested positive, then you should have your wife tested. If you are positive and she is negative, you should practice safe sex.
