Question : Hello doctor, iv got this rash about 5 months ago, it wasnt itchy but now its really itchy and im concerned of what it is, any ideas through this picture.

I have seen the attached photograph and there are 2 possibilities: either psoriasis ( most likely) or bowen's disease. I would recommend you to consult a dermatologist and get yourself evaluated to confirm the diagnosis and start the treatment accordingly.
