Brief Answer:
Vulval skin biopsy is necessary.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic. I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns.
Do you have similar patches on other parts of the body.
I have read your notes. From your notes you seem to be having Lichen Sclerosis. It'S cause is not known. It is probably related to over activity of immune system.

The other causes for these white itchy vulval patches are
- chronic allergy
-psoriasis
-squamous cell hyperplasia of the vulval skin
- paget's disease (rare).

Please consult Gynecologist. A biopsy of the skin is t be taken to confirm/diagnose the cause. This helps in prescribing the right treatment.

I also suggest you to consult urologist for urinary incontinence. There are effective treatments available for the same. There is no need to wear pantyliner.

I hope this is helpful. If you have further concerns, I will be happy to answer

Best wishes,

Dr Rama
