Suggest Treatment For Joints Pain, Muscle Aches And Neck Pain
Question: Hi there 24 year old female having loads of symptoms joint pain muscle ach neck pain i got the mirena removed about 5 months ago is maybe something wrong with me through that ? Or could it still be autommune im fearing lupus or sclerodoma ive had blood tests CPR -1 ANA and ESR both negative could it still be autommune ? Im scared incase its effecting all my organs and no ones picked up or is it the hormones thats causing it? Bad anxiety and panic attacks aswell feel horrible scared incase i die

Well If your ANA and inflammatory markers like ESR are normal , its very unlikely that you are having autoimmune disease . And dont worry , you will not die , why are you having such thoughts . Yes it can be little hormonal but have u considered Fibromyalgia . Since you say all your reports are normal this can be a possibility . Please read about it and revert back to me what you think about this possibility . Also let me know if you have any positive family history , past illness or medications that you are taking .

Ok thanks for reply i heard that the mirena coil could cause autommune as its foreign body , also have you heard of silicone toxins from mirena? .. I know its just cause i read you can still have an autommune disorder like lupus , sclerodoma or connective tissue disorder but still have neg ANA and ESR is this true or would it show up? Im scared incase its effecting my organs .. Also all my synptoms started a month after mirena removal like panic attacks then raynaulds joint ache ect ect and because ive read autommune can cause raynaulds can i rule autommune out? Yeah ive heard fibromyalgia im going to see a homeapath doctor on wednesday as she thinks i need pogesterone and thats why im like this , thanks so much for your help

There can be lot of causes for autoimmune diseases but not necessarily it leads to disease itself . Removal of mirena would have cause sudden hormonal changes that may be responsible for this . Also its true that even when ANA and other markers are negative you can have autoimmune disease but that is very rare . why do you think you will fall in that category . Having raynauds phenomenon is very common in young females and mostly its primary . The only way is to observe for it , if it increases and other symptoms appear like oral ulceration etc. then we can repeat the tests and see . At present thats the only thing we can do .

Ok i actually have a small ulcer on my tounge does this mean its autommune ? Im scared now that i have one .. Do you think the blood tests would have picked it up? Have you heard of silicone toxins? Thanks for your help , my doctor said he doesnt think autommune because my CPR was -1 whats your honest opinion? Im scared incase something bad happens to me in my sleep or incase its effecting everything and no one knows please help me

Honestly I dont see a possibilty of autoimmune disease considering present scenario. If you still have doubts you can repeat tests again after few months . Also your doctor must have done LFT and KFT with urine examination. If these are fine why are you worried that your body functions are being affected .
