Brief Answer:
no need to worry, will improve soon

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to healthcare magic.
I understand that your daughter is not eating well as she was before the fever.
Let me reassure you that temporary decrease in appetite occurs after fever .
This could be because fever induced suppression of appetite, altered taste because of medicines, etc.
But all this will last for a few weeks maximum.
Your daughter should regain her eating habits.
Just avoid force feeding, which will create aversion to food. Give her the food she likes, let her eat on her own or from your plate. Let her play and enjoy food during mealtime.
Always eat together as a family.
Try giving more fruits and vegetables.
Continue medicines as advised. She will be better soon.
Wishing your daughter speedy recovery.
Regards
Dr Arun
