Question : Could some one who got strangled on spicy pickle juice (red and yellow dots in juice) plus small part of pickle
become very sick from this (symptoms 6 hrs. later) 2-3 months laryngitis, pain in throat, cough. having to seep in recliner from thick frequent fluid in throat. Treated with antibiotics, raised bed, laryingo and endo scopes were done. I have a stricture in my esophagitis, LPR and allergies but never this severe prolonged illness.

I have read your query , reviewed your medications and understand your concern.
Pickle with juice can cause acute laryngitis on chronic diseases like allergy + LPR + esophagitis which are mild symptomatic .
As per your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having combination of allergic post nasal discharge + LPR +chronic laryngitis + esophagitis with stricture +_ Chronic sinusitis .
We have to deal each condition . As age progress this symptoms become worse .
If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you
Steam Inhalation twice daily ,
Salt water gargles twice daily ,
Saline nasal rinse or spray thrice daily ,
Combination Steroid nasal spray with antihistamine 2 puff each nostril twice daily for allergic post nasal discharge &
continue Nexium for LRP & esophagitis .
Investigation needed CT Scan Nose & sinuses to confirm chronic sinusitis with allergy . Blood test complete blood count (CBC) to rule out anemia & infection .
Gargle with water 20 mins after nasal spray use to remove any spray coming to throat .
You will get relief .
