Suggest Treatment For Leg Cramps Along With Numbness And Tingling Sensation

default
Posted on Tue, 27 Sep 2016
Question: I get leg cramps in my leg where it joins my body (in the crotch area) and it is very painful. It usually goes away when I drink several bottles of water or I can prevent it somewhat from drinking water before I go to bed. I also get cramps in all parts of my legs and my left ankle which was badly broken 8 years ago, swells and the toes cramp when I lie down as well as tingle/numbness.

I have cold feet sometimes (when I go to bed) and both legs get the cramps in the groin area.

The angle that suffered the compound fracture, of course, swells while the other doesn't. The injured foot also is the one that suffers from toe cramps.

I might add that my arms also hurt, like a burning sensation from the shoulder.
The left arm is the worst. The elbows hurt and my hands hurt. I think it is just arthritis. I work in the yard and if I use my arms a lot, they give me much discomfort/pain when I lay down to try to sleep.

The foot cramping usually follows a day in which I am on my foot (injured one) all day.
