Brief Answer:
supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. let me reassure you that its not a heart attack when ekgs are normal. You anxiety history is the cause and it is a panic attack . Palpitations with feel of irregular beats, chest pain etc are very common. GERD is causing gastric discomfort and also triggering chest pain as well. As far as leg pain is concerned, that is unlikely a manifestation of both anxiety and GERD and may be some muscular spasm . Try some tylenol and rest and see if it helps. For GERD use some antacids and modify diet and lifestyle and see if it helps. Anxiety needs anxiolytics, good psychotherapy sessions and more behavioural therapy and cognitive therapies to help you combat it.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
