Brief Answer:
Multiple causes possible. Needs clinical examination to distinguish.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

There can be a number of possible causes of abdominal pain and cancer is the least of concerns in such a case. The most common cause of abdominal pain and discomfort is gastroesophageal reflux or gastritis. In such a case the pain is localized in the upper central abdomen. If that is the case, taking omeprazole tablet once daily before breakfast should help.
Antispasmodics like Drotin DS can help if there is spasm in the intestines as occurs in certain intestinal infections or food poisoning. Unless associated with bloody stools antibiotics are not required and you can take antispasmodics if required. However, the mainstay of treatment would be ORS (oral rehydration solution) in order to replenish the lost salts and water. You need to be patient as irrespective of treatment, it usually lasts for 3-5 days.
If still apprehensive, you can visit a doctor and get yourself evaluated. A ultrasonogram of whole abdomen will clear your doubts about cancer.

Brief Answer:
Not unlikley

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for clarifying. It is quite common to get lower abdominal pain after intercourse. It can be due to spasm of pelvic floor muscles and not related to the bladder. However, if it persists, infection would need to be ruled out and you would need to visit a gynecologist to get yourself examined.
