Question : madam/sir, I am a girl of 26. Normally I don't have any lump on my breast but when I get sexually excited by touching my breast near nipple the skin near nipple gets saggy (loose) and for that time I feel small pimple like 3 or 4 lumps(I don't know whether those are lumps or anything else) near both the the nipples on both sides. After some times those lumps disappear or becomes too small. I don't have any family history of breast cancer . Is it anything serious like cancer ???

Please don't worry at all. This is a completely normal phenomenon. These bumps are called Montgomery's tubercles in medical language and are normal and happen with everyone.
This is definitely not a sign of cancer.
