Question : Hello I just found a small bump in my pubic hair near my vagina. The bump does not hurt nor itch and I have had no problem urinating or anything of that sort. My question is if I should get tested. The last time I had sex was in Sept. 2014. I have not had any other bumps like this before. And I also know that my partner and I had only been with each other. I know my risk is low but I want to be sure. However I am low on money so I don't want to take a test that I don't even need cause it's been to long.
Brief Answer:
Not a case to get tested, please send a photo of the bump you have...
Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.
From what you are reporting, I do not think you should be tested.
It seems to be an infected hair. To make sure, I need to have a look at the bump myself. Can you please send a photo to me at the following email address:

With subject line: "Attn to Dr.Albana Sejdini".
For the moment:
Keep good local hygiene.
Wash with warm water and soap. Rinse thoroughly. Apply betaine locally.
Do not shave the area until improvement.
It will be better in a few days.
Wish fast recovery.
